● A toolbox for gestural analysis based on articulator contour tracks (under development)

In this toolbox, articulator contours (manually drawn templates or tracks generated based on segmentation algorithms, e.g., Bresch & Narayanan, 2009; Toutios & Narayanan, 2015) can be viewed and edited. The user can add annotations with variables of interest to gestural time series according to the study design. Based on the initial annotations, gestural landmarks are automatically calculated. They can be manually adjusted and readily exported for statistical analysis.

Respiration Analysis Tools

This toolbox allows the visualization of the respiratory and acoustic signals. Respiratory gestural landmarks can be automatically calculated, manually adjusted, and exported for statistical analysis.
